01 · Choose the earth system

Three ways to build with soil.

The source proposal separates the building system into stabilized rammed earth, compressed earth blocks (mudbrick) and cob/clom. The wall system changes, while many finish-package choices remain comparable.

Layered rammed earth wall
Layered + Engineered

Rammed Earth

Stabilized earth compacted into formwork. The proposal offers four wall finish expressions from textured/glossy through rough/matte.

Sonak₹2,100
Chandrak₹1,900
Kansyak₹1,700

Mudbrick / CEB

Compressed Earth Blocks with clay plaster or exposed finish. A practical modular alternative where block production suits the project.

02 · Choose the finish level

Four packages. One earth-first approach.

The brochure names four packages—Heerak, Sonak, Chandrak and Kansyak—and differentiates them mainly through wall finish, flooring, ceiling, roofing, doors/windows and fitting brands. Use this as a scope-comparison tool, not as a locked material specification.

03 · Build the material palette

Finishes should make the proposal tangible.

The source proposal gives separate reference pages for rammed-earth wall finishes, flooring, ceilings and roofing. Earthverse can turn these into a client-facing selection conversation rather than a static brochure.

Material selections shown here are proposal-stage directions. Final specification should follow site climate, engineering, availability, maintenance needs and approved samples.
04 · Understand the rate

Know what the reference rate means.

The supplied proposal explicitly says its general rates include civil, interior, electrical, plumbing and finishing works, while also warning that the actual rate can change with project conditions.

What can change the final quote

  • Site location and access
  • Availability of suitable soil and materials
  • Local manpower wages
  • Door and window sizes / quantities
  • Building design and structural complexity
  • Transport, testing, detailing and project-specific requirements
05 · What Earthverse should issue

A proposal should help you decide — not just show a price.

The source brochure provides useful specification and rate comparisons. The upgraded Earthverse proposal workflow should turn those inputs into a project-specific document with scope, assumptions, material direction and next actions.
